久しぶりのWest Coast IPA!!! 私たちはWest Coast IPAを醸造する時、昔からある種類のホップを使用することが多いのですが、今回は新しい種類のホップを使ってみました！ Idaho7, El Dorado, Meridian, Cashmere, Ekuanot。トロピカルだけじゃなくて、柑橘類、桃、ココナッツ、メロン、マンゴー・・色々なフルーツの香りと味が感じられ、さらに苦味がしっかり。 飲みごたえのあるWest Coast IPAです！ Time for another round of a firm bitterness with all the hop flavor and aroma craft beer drinkers love. We usually use more classic hops in our west coast IPAs but this time we went with a mix of newer varieties including Idaho7, El Dorado, Merdian, Cashmere, and Ekuanot. What you get is a fruit basket of flavor and aroma without falling into just the tropical category.
