1種類のモルトと１種類のHopで醸造するSMaSH! 1種類ならどこまで味と香り出せるのかがとっても楽しい！！シンプルなのに１つのHopの深みが新しい発見になります！！今回もピルスナーモルトのベースでニュージーランドの Freestyle Southern Crossのみで醸造。トロピカル、シトラス・・・どこか落ちついてる雰囲気が感じられるすっきりフルーティーなペールエール。最初の１杯から最後の１杯まで飽きずに飲めるビールです。 It is always nice to see how much one hop can add to a beer. This time we stuck with a pilsner malt base and went with Freestyle Southern Cross to show you just how complex the hop can be. Tropical fruits lead the way with citrus fruits coming up second. A fruity and drinkable pale ale that is a great beer to start with or have a few pints of.
