今年は予想外の暑さでしたが、完熟したホップを完璧なタイミングで収穫することができました。 私たちの青森カスケードホップは日本独特の特徴をを毎年示し続けています。さらにフレーバープロファイルを引き上げるために、私たちはお気に入りの相性の良いホップをカスケードバラエティに加えるように注意深く選びました。 私たちは、畑から直接採れた新鮮なホップの特性を際立たせるために、クリーンでドライなラガーを今年のフレッシュホップビールのベースとして選びました。ドライなボディーとフレッシュホップの瑞々しいフローラルさ、青草や果実のような新鮮な香りはこの時期にしか飲めない最高に贅沢な味わいです。 This year presented us with some unexpected challenges, including extreme weather and unanticipated heat, we persevered and managed to harvest our hops at the perfect moment. Despite the hurdles, our Aomori Cascade hops continue to showcase the unique terroir of Japan with each passing year. To further elevate the flavor profile, we've carefully selected a blend of our favorite complimentary hops to accompany the Cascade variety. In order to truly highlight the exceptional qualities of our fresh hops right off the vine, we have chosen a clean and dry lager as the canvas for this year's creation. This enables us to craft a beer that beautifully captures the essence of the hops, resulting in a truly remarkable drinking experience. We must warn you, however, that this limited-edition beer tends to disappear quickly. So make sure to secure your share while it's available and savor the unique flavors and aromas that can only be achieved through the use of fresh hops.
