青森でとどまらず、全国で有名なアーティストGOMAとタッグを組みました。GOMAはビールが苦手ということで、「ビールが苦手でも美味しく飲める」を目標に、GOMAと相談し「ココナッツ」を使用したHazy IPAに決定。 ココナッツをその場でローストし、香り高いまま大量に投入。Hopのフルーティーさと、ココナッツの甘い香り、アルコールを低めにし、余韻までココナッツを楽しめるユニークなビールです。 ラベルもこだわって製作！これこそまさにアート！！ ぜひ楽しんでみてくださいね。 We teamed up with GOMA an up and coming artist that is very popular here in Aomori. He isn't a big beer drinker so he wanted something with low bitterness and coconut. We made a hazy IPA base and then added huge amounts of freshly roasted coconut to the beer. The beer is a cloudy, fruity, low ABV beer that punches you with never ending coconut. The label was made so that you can peel it off and save it, it is art!

久々の！！サワー！！ ラクトースをいれて甘酸っぱい味わいを醸し出す、その名も「アイスキャンディー！！」シリーズです！ 今回は、パイナップル、マンゴー、パッションフルーツ、少しのライム。 そこに、ラクトースと、マダカスカルのバニラビーンズ！フルーツの甘酸っぱさが鼻に抜け、ラクトースとバニラの柔らかな風味が包み込みます。暑くなってくると、この酸味が最高！！ Fruits, Fruits, and more tropical fruits!!!!!! We added Pineapple, Mango, Passion fruit, and a dash of lime to this new sour. We topped it off with some milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans. What you get is a melty gelato of flavor with a tangy balance. The fruit comes through as pure juice in the nose with the milk sugar and vanilla wrapping it all together. We haven't made a sour in a while so enjoy!!

今回のスペシャルコラボは、福祉施設 「Kuracra」さんです。 Kuracraさんは障がいのある方が石鹸作り関係の仕事を通して自立することを応援している施設です。縁あってこの施設と知り合い、何か一緒にできたら・・という願いからこのコラボにたどりつきました。 子供たちに好きなフルーツを聞き、「ベリー」を使用した「Hazy IPA」にし、一緒に醸造。モルトを入れた子供たちの笑顔は最高！！さらにラベル用の絵をかいてもらい、この商品の売り上げの１０％を慈善団体に寄付することに決めました。 ベリーをしっかり使用し、爽やかなフルーツ感を味わえるように、そしてまろやかだけど、すっきりした後味が感じられる・・そんなヘイジーIPです。 いつも私達はお客様に支えられてビールを醸造できています。本当にいつもありがとうございます！！ その感謝の気持ちで、私たちも何かサポートしていきたい・・ 感謝の気持ちがたくさん詰まったベリーヘイジーをぜひ飲んでみてくださいね。 What a very special collab we have this time. We teamed up with a local store that hires, supports, and sells goods made by kids with down syndrome. They all chose fruits they liked so we added them to the beer. Then they all drew pictures for the label, it's awesome! We enjoyed a day of brewing, lunch, and having some locally made gelato after. This is our first time doing this but we will be donating 10% of our profits to a charity with a connection to down syndrome. Thanks for supporting us so we can support others! Cheers!!
