弘前市の隣、平川市のスチューベン農家さんから依頼があり、醸造しました。最高に美味しいスチューベンの果汁を定番人気の青森エールに入れることに！！ 70%青森エールのベースに30%のスチューベン果汁を投入！！ピンクや紫のカラーのビールに、スチューベンの爽やかで芳醇な香り、でも甘すぎずドライでスッキリな喉越しに。地元の農家さんとコラボして、特別なビール醸造するのはやっぱり最高に楽しいです！！ A local farmer from the neighboring town of Hirakawa approached us and asked if we could use their stueben grapes in a beer. We decided to do a hybrid brew with 70% base Aomori Ale and 30% fresh pressed stueben grapes. A dark pink to light purple beer with a fruity nose, and fruity flavor that finishes dry. A really fun chance to work with local Aomori farmers to create a special beer.

KOHIA NELSON!!!!! West Coast Brewingのおかげでこの特別のHopが手に入りました。乾燥させたパッションフルーツをHopとブレンドし、ペレットにしたとってもユニークなHop。今回はそのホップを存分に楽しむため、ピルスナーモルトだけを使用。HopはもちろんKOHIA NELSONのみ！KOHIA NELSONのパッションフルーツや黄桃・パインのような風味、さわやかな柑橘系の風味も。ぜひこの最高のHopを楽しんでみてください！ありがとうWCB！！！ KOHIA NELSON!!!!! They are an infusion of dried hops and dried passion fruit that adds a unique character to the beer that can't be done with other hops. We kept it simple with a pilsner malt base and went with a moderate hopping of Kohia Nelson so everyone can see how amazing these hops are. Thank you WCB
