クラフトビールが始まった当初に人気だったホップを使用し、ドライで飲みやすい風味を醸し出すことができました。シトラスとフローラルの味と香り。最近、BeEasyBrewingではWest Coast IPAを醸造する時、ラガー酵母を使用しています。よりキレイな味とボーディー感が得られるように１つ目の工夫です。ぜひ新しいWest Coast IPAを飲んでみて下さい！ C hops including Chinook, Columbus, and Centennial make this IPA shine with classic hop flavors. Dry and drinkable while still being full of citrus and floral flavors from the hops that helped start the craft beer revolution. We have started using Lager yeast for our West Coast IPAs to give the beer an even cleaner flavor and finish, let us know what you think!
