今回のWest Coast IPAはクラシックなホップと新しいホップの掛け合わせで醸造しました。Chinook ・ Columbus・Talus。私たちから見るとTalusがちょうどクラッシックなホップと新しいホップをどちらも感じることができると思っています。３つのHopの掛け合わせで、シトラスとダンクさ、そしてフルーティーさもあり、モルトからのパンのような風味がいいベースになって、全体的にバランスがいい、飽きのこない、ドリンカブルなIPAに仕上がりました。 Gamer is a beer that makes the bridge between classic hops and newer hops. We used Chinook and Columbus hops alongside Talus which in our opinion is a nice blend of classic citrus and current fruity trends. The beer finishes dry and is full of ruby red grapefruit, dank hop character, and slight breadiness from the malt bill.

やっと！！醸造したかったベルギーのホワイトエールが醸造できました！！オレンジピールは何回も使った事があるけど、コリアンダーは初めての試み。酵母はHazy なので、ベースはみんなが好きなHazy IPA。オレンジピールも２種類使用し、深みを持たせつつ、冬だから少しスパイスが感じられるHazy IPAはちょうど良い味わいになるのでは！もちろんフルーティーさとジューシーさたっぷりです。ぜひ飲んでみてくださいね。 Our first true attempt at making a Belgian "white" beer interpretation. We used orange peel along with Indian coriander. The orange peel and coriander meld with the hops to create a slightly spicy but fruity IPA. A little spice in an IPA works perfectly for winter so we decided to spice up everyone's favorite Hazy IPA.
