冬がはじまりました・・・ 岩木山に雪が積もり、またいい雰囲気になっております。今回の「岩木山の冬」はオーツ3種類を使って、Citraホップをたくさん入れました。みんなが大好きな香りと味、そしてそれぞれのオーツでトロトロな口当たりの少し甘みが感じられるHazy IPAに仕上がっています。 口当たりの変化も楽しんでみてくださいね。 Winter is here in Aomori and will be for a while. We decided a hazy IPA loaded with oats and Citra hops would be best for our winter season. We used three kinds of oats that all add a unique flavor and texture to the beer. We then layered the beer with Citra hops in the kettle and WP to give everyone the aroma and flavor that they love when drinking a hazy IPA.

特徴；
嶽きみは岩木山の「嶽（だけ）地域」で栽培されている地元のとうもろこしの事をいいます。嶽きみの味と甘さが普通のとうもろこしと全然違います。地元だけでなく、収穫時期は全国からの注文も殺到するとか・・・そんな嶽きみを栽培している農家さんと一緒に考えて、嶽きみの特徴分かりやすくするために、ペールエールに入れることにしました！！普段感じられない食感と後味が嶽きみから感じられます。 ユニークなビールができあがりました！！
Dakekimi is a famous corn that is grown locally on Mt. Iwaki. The corn has a distinct flavor and is very sweet compared to regular corn. We worked together with a local farmer to try and see if we could capture the flavor of dakekimi in a beer. To make sure it was more recognizable we went with an easy-drinking pale ale to help the corn stand out. The beer has a very unique mouthfeel and aftertaste that comes from the corn.
