特徴；
いつか醸造してみたいと思っていたビール。今までミルクシェイクIPAで色々なフルーツを使っってきましたが、今回は沖縄の黒糖でを使用。ホップのフルーティーの味とバニラビーンズ、ラクトースののど越しがメイン。後からふわっと黒糖の風味が加わる。沖縄の自然な甘みとコクが混ざり合い、甘すぎることがないように調整。久しぶりにしっかり遊んだビールです。
This beer has been thought about on and off for a few years now. We have made Milkshake IPAs with all different kinds of fruit. We wanted to make something with a Japanese ingredient so we went with Kokuto which is a black sugar from Okinawa. The beer has all the juice from the hops while being creamy with vanilla standing out. The kokuto comes in at the back end and delicately builds as you drink it.
