先日青森を襲った大雨で販売できなくなってしまったメロンが沢山
ありました。大切に育てたメロンをゴミにしたくない！ 農家の方にも損はさせたくない！ そんな想いから醸造したビールです。 完熟を前にして水害にあったメロン 250個をピューレにし、 メロンの風味を引き立たせるドイツホップを使用。 さらに甘みを加えるためにラクトース入れ、 メロンジュースのようなIPAに仕上げまし。 Be Easy Brewing「いだわしい」プロジェクト第一弾！ 農家の方の思いが詰まった農作物ををこれからも大事にしていきま す！！ Aomori had some very heavy rain this summer and a lot of crops got damaged and ruined. One farmer had 250 melons that were going to need to get thrown away. We purchased them and decided to use them in a beer. Since they weren't fully ripe yet we helped support the melon flavor with German hops that show this character. We also added milk sugar to increase perceived sweetness. What you get is a melon juicy IPA that really showcases all of the best flavors that melon has to offer.
