CBM Tokyo Torch 店の1周年記念醸造！ いつもイベントなどでお世話になっている店長の「大ちゃん」は周年に、みんなで乾杯できるドライでドリンカブルなビールを醸造したい！と言ってくれました。 ギャレスも大好きなドライなビール。シンプルなモルトをベースにユニークなアメリカのHopを使用し、香りも程よく、モルトの味わいも優しく感じられる、とにかくドライで、何杯でも飲めちゃうLagerに仕上がりました！周年を祝うのにもってこいのビールです。
Dai Chan from Craft Beer Market wanted us to make a hoppy lager for their anniversary that everyone will be able to drink two or three pints of. We went with a simple malt base and lightly hopped with some characterful American hops. The aroma is firm but not overpowering. The flavor is also there but not as strong as a pale ale or IPA. The beer finishes dry and the flavor lingers in the back of the throat creating the want for another sip. Happy Anniversary CBM Tokyo Torch!
