季節の岩木山シリーズ 2022年夏Version。三浦酒造さんの白麹を使用し、爽やかなクエン酸を備えた低アルコールのSaisonに仕上げました。Hopが麹と溶け合いフルーティーさを加え、爽快感のある味わいで、とってもドリンカブル！！夏に飲み続けることが楽しくなるそんなビールです。
We have gotten more comfortable using Kouji and decided that it was time to experiment. We decided a low abv Saison with refreshing citric acidity on the back end would be perfect for our summer seasonal beer. This Saison has all the character you expect from a Saison, the German hops add a fruitiness that melds with the Kouji to create a beer that can drink one after another for hours on end
