Packed with Lotus, Mosaic, Ekuanot, Azacca, Citra to bring you a juicy hazy IPA that gives you all that fruity flavor you love. Citrus (candied oranges), sweet fruits (mango, passion fruit), and some pineapple candy. This is another take on our hazy IPAs as we try to find the juiciest way to use our hops!

青森県弘前市の加藤酒店と、日本酒「豊盃」の三浦酒造さんとタッグを組み、Be Easy Brewingの人気商品「青森エール」を日本酒の白麹を使用して醸造しました。
青森エールと白麹青森エール、飲み比べていただくと、青森エールにはない白麹の風味をよりわかりやすく感じることができます。白麹のキャラクターの面白さ、ぜひ青森エールと一緒に味わってみてくださいね。
We teamed up with a local Japanese sake shop and a local sake brewery to add a twist to our most popular beer. We took our base Aomore Ale and added white koji to it. The koji adds a tangy citrusy character not found in the standard version. The best way to try this beer is side by side with the non-koji version to see how much it adds to the beer.
