We went old school with this hop and decided that floral, citrus and piny were the way to go. Using Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Columbus, and Bravo hops to create a light-bodied refreshing IPA to celebrate our good friends at Another8 in Meguro Tokyo.

依然として人気のIPA。 今回はイギリスのHopのみ使用。トロピカルとシトラスのフレーバーに、適度な口当たり、すっきりした苦みと後味に残る華やかさ。アロマが時間とともに変化する、飲むスピードで何度でも楽しめるIPAです。
IPA remains to be the most popular craft beer style and seems to be available everywhere. This beer is an IPA that uses only English hops. It is a nice break from all of the tropical and citrus flavors that are so common today. The floral and earthy aroma and flavor backed by a moderate mouthfeel with a nice slow finish make this IPA great for a change of pace.
