We are back to the start with our friend's forest stout series. It all started with the banana stout and we decided to take another stab at it. This time we decided to use Bavarian yeast to create banana esters that meld with the banana puree we added. This beer has a velvety texture with a heavy body but it is still highly approachable for a beer in this class. A decadent chocolate banana dessert in a beer glass.
