自治体と手を組み、青森市で栽培した「あおもりカシス」を使用したビールを造りました。カシスやベリーの愛らしいアロマがあり、キリっとするカシスの風味が最後にわずかにやってきます。青森の果物を紹介する、とてもドリンカブルなビールです。
We teamed up with Aomori City to make a beer using locally grown black currants. This beer has a lovely aroma of black currant and berries. The flavor is light with more black currant and berries that ends with a slight tang from the black currants. Very drinkable and a nice showcase of locally grown fruit.
