最近は人気のホップを使用して HazyIPAを醸造していたのですが、今回は根強い人気の、El Dorado, Ekuanot, と Simcoeでユニークな新しい Hazyの風味を出すことにチャレンジ！！パインやマンゴーの中に、柑橘系の風味と、ハーブ系が混ざり合い、最近発売されている Hazyとはかなり違う感じの味わいに仕上がりました。きっと楽しめると思います!! We changed things up and went with three unique hops for this hazy. Taking a break from the more popular hazy hops, we went with El Dorado, Ekuanot, and Simcoe. This creates more of a pineapple and candy like IPA. A nice change of aroma and flavor for our hazy IPAs.
