今週も人気のHazy IPA！！またか！！ですが、しっかり変化は加えてあります🍻今回もCitra, Mosaic, SimcoeのHopを使用し醸造しましたが、今回はSimcoeを多く使用し、柑橘系の風味がとってもジューシー。ボディーが残る酵母を使ってフルーティーさとジューシーさをより味わえるようにし、飲みごたえのあるHazy に仕上げました。 Another week, more Hazy IPAs! This week we stuck with the best combination of Citra Mosaic, and Simcoe but leaned on the heavy side of Simcoe. Our lower attenuating yeast leaves just enough body to help make this beer as juicy as we can get it.

去年の12月、アメリカ帰省した時、どこのブルワリーに行ってもDDHラガーありました。見つけたら必ず飲んで、しっかり勉強しました。 IPAの香り、ホップのパンチ、フルーティーさが好きな人にはもってこい！でもボディーは全く重く無く、ドライ。２杯、３杯と飲めるドリンカブルなビール。今回使用したホップはストーンフルーツ（桃、青リンゴ）とシトラス（オレンジ、ライム）と最後に少しgrassyさが感じられます。 日本でもきっと人気が出るはずのビールです。 After spending a month in America last December I saw that almost every brewery offered a DDH Lager. I drank it every time it was on the menu. A full nose of hops while still being dry, crisp, and super drinkable. We went with Triumph, USD008, and Simcoe to make this lager a delicate but fruity beer with depth. Stone fruits (peach, green apple) citrus (orange and lime) with some grassiness. This is a beer everyone will have another of for sure.
