Be Easy Brewingの人気商品「青森エール」に、日本酒「豊盃」の三浦酒造さんの「黄麹」を使用し、さらに今回は日本酒の酵母で発酵させました。より、日本酒とビールが融合されたちょうど中間のような味わいと、ドライな口あたり。ノーマルな青森エールと飲み比べていただくと、青森エールにはない日本酒の風味をわかりやすく感じることができます。これはぜひ一緒に飲み比べて欲しい商品！！前回の「白麹青森エール」に続く、３店舗（弘前市 加藤酒店、「豊盃 三浦酒造、Be Easy Brewing）のタッグ第二弾。 白麹とも違う新しい味わいを楽しんでみてください。
We took our base Aomori Ale and this time we added Yellow Koji in the mash. To make it closer to Sake we fermented with Sake Yeast at a cool temperature. The sake yeast fermented out all of the sugars making this beer very dry, crisp, refreshing, and a true hybrid between beer and sake.
