This beer is our first try at making a white IPA. We used New Zealand hops to help accentuate the spice character from the Belgian yeast as well as the coriander. The orange peels help tie the fruitiness from the hops into the beer. Over half of the malt is wheat and oats which add a creamy and fluffy mouthfeel to support the big bold flavors in the beer.
